Man who robbed electronics store captured in Seattle, BPD says
BOISE, Idaho (KBOI) -- The man who Boise Police says used a knife to rob a local electronics store last week has been captured in Seattle.
Boise PD says Patrick Lawrence Duignan, 45, a transient out of Nevada, was arrested by Seattle Police after officers there contacted him on an unrelated matter.
"This was a very frightening crime for the victim and thanks to a solid effective effort by both departments, this suspect is in custody. This was great work by patrol officers following the robbery to get the suspect identified. A thorough job by officers in Seattle also made this arrest possible," said Sgt. Mark Barnett of the Boise Police Department's Violent Crimes Unit.
Duignan is currently in jail in Washington State pending an extradition hearing.
