Idaho suffers 15th loss of season

BOISE, Idaho, January 11, 2013 - Josh Owens (7-11 FG) and Coby Karl (nine assists, five steals) each scored 17 points, but the Idaho Stampede lost to the Reno Bighorns 103-85. Idaho (4-15) was outrebounded 52-38, including 22 offensive rebounds for Reno (8-8).

Durrell Summers had 14 points, including a number of dunks in half-court, on fastbreak and on a 360-degree finish. Carlon Brown had 12 points off the bench. Idaho shot 45.9 percent from the floor, but made just 4-of-17 three-point attempts. The Stampede also committed 20 turnovers which led to 26 points for the Bighorns.

Tony Wroten, assigned from the Memphis Grizzlies earlier in the day, scored a game-high 21 points off the bench. Jerome Jordan also had 21, plus 11 rebounds. Antoine Wright added 18 points and 12 rebounds for Reno. Walker Russell had four points, 12 assists and five rebounds.
