Eagle man has gun pointed at him after X-Box stolen from home

EAGLE, Idaho (KBOI) - An Eagle man was threatened with a handgun Wednesday morning after he spotted someone walking out of his house with a video game console, the Ada County Sheriff's Office says.

The incident started around 8:30 a.m. when a man told deputies he went to his home on E. Dunyon Street in Eagle and found a woman he knew walking out of his house with an X-Box.

The man said the woman, identified as 20-year-old Amanda Kimey, got into a pickup truck with two other men and drove away. He got in his car and began following the trio when the driver of the pickup stopped. He said the two other men got out of their truck and walked toward his car, when one of the men, 29-year-old Louis A. Wallace, pointed a handgun at him.

Wallace and the other man then got back in their pickup and drove away, eventually going eastbound on State Street. That's when the other man, who continued to follow the pickup truck, called 911.

Garden City Police found the pickup and pulled the occupants over near State and Confederate Lane.
