Drunk woman kicks, spits on officer after DUI stop, BPD says
BOISE, Idaho (KBOI) - A Boise woman has been booked on a felony charge after she spit on an officer, authorities say.
Boise Police said that a driver called to report a possible drunk driver on 11th and Jefferson Street. The caller said the driver, later identified as 51-year-old Jennifer Hardin, was driving all over the road and had also bumped their vehicle.
Officers located Hardin and conducted a traffic stop. The suspect, who appeared to be very intoxicated at the time, was uncooperative with officers, Boise Police says, and at one point, the suspect kicked an officer in the leg and spit on him.
Hardin has been charged with felony assault on a police officer and DUI.
