Daycare worker busted for selling marijuana, BPD says

BOISE, Idaho (KBOI) -- A 28-year-old Boise daycare worker has been busted for selling marijuana from the inside of the business, according to police.

Boise Police says officers received a tip of possible drug activity occurring at the daycare and home located on the 1300 block of South Nash Street near Orchard and Kootenai.

As officers approached the home they could smell marijuana. Once inside, officers say they found pot packaged and ready for sale.

Three children were inside the daycare. Two parents of the children were called and immediately came and picked up them up before officers left.

The daycare worker, Korinne Jones, has been booked on felony delivery of a controlled substance.
