Boise man busted for two gas station robberies, police say

BOISE, Idaho (KBOI) -- A Boise man has been booked for robbing a gas station two times in the last six months, authorities say.

Boise Police says Anthony Nethington, 25, was arrested by officers at his home early Monday morning after a tip identified him as a suspect.

BPD says Nethington robbed a store on the 9000 block of W. Ustick Road Saturday morning at 2:20 a.m. Police say he also robbed the same store on Nov. 27.

"Tips from citizens do indeed help solve cases," said Sgt. Mark Barnett of the Boise Police Violent Crimes Unit. "We appreciate the citizens who felt they had valuable information in this case and called it in. It helped solve, not one, but two robberies."

He's been booked on two felony charges of robbery.
